Ordinary Water Type Shell and Cube Water Cooled Condensers

ICEDSEA ordinary water type shell and cube water cooled condenser are mainly used with open-type condensing units featuring scroll compressors, hermetic and semi-hermetic compressors. The condensers can be installed together with the compressors or separately. The units are ideal for situations where air-cooled condensers are not feasible or where water is easily accessible.

Features:

* Made of copper or copper-nickel alloy, aluminum brass (seawater-resistant) material

*Tubes and tube sheets are connected using welding or expansion methods to ensure high air tightness

* The shell tube and tube sheet are made of 20R material. The end caps and tube sheets are treated for acid resistance and coated with anti-corrosion layers

* Easy to disassembly operation, convenient for mechanical cleaning of pipelines, with replaceable connection side and baffle side

*The fixed foundation is installed and secured by angle iron welding

* The air inlet featured with a brazed socket joint, and the liquid outlet is equipped with a stop valve

*CE certified, compatible with multiple refrigerants,R404A, R22,etc.

*Models range from 3 to 150HP

Welding flat board foundation or angle iron foundation is chosen by customers

Ordinary water type or anti-seawater

Single-system, double-system, triple-system and multiple models heat exchange equipment are available.
